Nihir Patel

Nihir Patel has extensive experience in engineering and patent examination spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Junior Project Engineer at Maritime Applied Physics Corporation since April 2019, Nihir has previously worked as a QA Tester at Nolij Consulting LLC and as a Search Analyst at both Global Patent Solutions LLC and Cardinal Intellectual Property. Notably, Nihir spent more than a decade at USPTO as a Patent Examiner, where responsibilities included reviewing patent applications and conducting prior art searches. Earlier career experience includes designing HVAC systems at Face Associates as a Junior Mechanical Engineer. Nihir holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York and is an FAA Certified Aircraft Mechanic from Aviation High School.
