Maureen Mix

Maureen Mix is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Maritime Electric Company, Ltd since April 2020, Maureen previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Elanco from January 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing HR activities for two sites in PEI and contributing to business strategy. Prior to that, Maureen was a Human Resources Manager at Novartis, managing HR functions for manufacturing, R&D, and Quality sectors. Maureen also served as Director of Human Resources at Vector Aerospace, overseeing HR activities for a global workforce. Earlier career experiences include roles at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and British Airways. Maureen holds a BTHM degree in Human Resources from the University of Mount St. Vincent and graduated from Morell Regional High School.
