Santina Lippa

Santina Lippa is an experienced professional in human resources and labour relations, currently serving as Team Leader of Labour Relations at the Association des employeurs maritimes since November 2019. Prior to this role, Santina held the position of Labour Relations Specialist and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Bell from April 2018 to October 2019. Santina's career began at Caesars Windsor, where responsibilities included serving and bartending from June 2012 to May 2015. Additional relevant experience includes roles as Assistant Manager and Graduate Management Trainee at Sherwin-Williams, from May 2016 to May 2018. Santina holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Windsor, completed in 2016.
