Kelly Aumaier

Kelly Aumaier has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Kelly began their career in 1976 at Disney Parks & Resorts, where they worked in the entertainment division for 18 years. In 1982, they became a freelance producer at Walt Disney Productions, and they continued in this role until 1993. From 1995 to 1997, Kelly facilitated screenplay writing courses at Writer's Bootcamp, Inc. Kelly then joined Maritz in 1996 as a Senior Producer, where they worked until 2005. At Maritz Interactions & Learning, they served as an Executive Producer from 2003 to 2008, managing a team of instructional designers, producers, coordinators, accountants, and facilitators. From 2007 to 2013, Kelly worked as a Learning Strategist at Maritz. Kelly'smost recent role was as a Strategic Account Operations Director at Maritz Motivation Solutions, where they turned successful automotive product launches into a long-term, multi-million dollar agency relationship. Throughout their career, Kelly has developed expertise in strategic account management, learning strategy, instructional design, production, facilitation, and entertainment.
