Rachael Riggs

Rachael Riggs serves as the General Manager of Environmental Strategy at Maritz, a role held since March 2018, where Rachael has spearheaded a corporate sustainability program that integrates across all company levels and aligns with industry objectives. Previously, Rachael held the position of WellBeing Leader at Maritz, developing strategies for wellbeing services. Rachael’s extensive background includes significant roles in destination sales and event management at organizations such as Tourism Vancouver, NYC & Company, San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau, and the Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Association. Rachael also founded RMR, Inc., a boutique event design and consulting firm, and managed marketing and convention planning as a Convention Manager at SmithBucklin. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University Bloomington.
