Heather Ray currently serves as the Chief Transformation & People Officer at Mark Anthony Group, a role held since March 2011, focusing on organizational transformations centered on talent and culture. Previously, Heather Ray held various senior HR leadership positions, including Chief People & Talent Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, driving growth and performance across the company. Prior experience includes a series of HR roles at PepsiCo Canada from March 2003 to March 2011, where Heather Ray developed strategic HR initiatives. Heather Ray holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources & Labour Relations from The University of British Columbia and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) through the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations.
