Nathalie Choudet

Nathalie Choudet serves as the Chief People & Transformation Officer for KFC Europe, Russia & CIS at Yum! Brands since 2020. Previously, Nathalie held various leadership positions at Ralph Lauren from 2005 to 2019, including Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA, overseeing HR and organizational development for 5,500 employees across Europe. Nathalie's experience also includes roles at Clarins Group, where Nathalie managed international marketing for Latin America, the US Travel retail, and the Caribbean, and at the United Nations, focusing on change management and humanitarian crisis responses. Nathalie Choudet holds an MBA in Luxury Brand Management from ESSEC Business School and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2018.
