Nicolette Thompson

Nicolette Thompson is an accomplished estate viticulturist at HUNEEUS VINTNERS LLC, overseeing biodynamic and organic vineyards, with a focus on properties such as Quintessa, Faust, Oakville Estate, and Flowers since May 2018. Previously, Nicolette worked as a Harvest Winemaking Assistant at Marchiori Wines and held various roles in viticulture and enology, including internships and positions at M.Chapoutier, Treasury Wine Estates, Duckhorn Wine Company, Casella Wines, and E. & J. Gallo Winery. Academic credentials include two Master of Science degrees in Viticulture and Enology from L'Institut Agro Montpellier and Università degli Studi di Udine, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
