Brandy McShan

Brandy McShan serves as a Construction Project Coordinator at Mark Beamish Waterproofing, Inc. since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in project management and coordination. As the Owner of Graceful Shutter Photography since April 2011, Brandy specializes in commercial, real estate, event, and wedding photography across Nacogdoches, Texas, and the Tri-State area. Previous roles include Assistant Project Manager and Construction Estimator at WINGATE ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK from October 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing project progress and writing technical reports. Additional experience includes positions at Guardian Construction Management Services, Inc. and ArrowWest Builders, focusing on ensuring project standards for cost, schedule, and quality. Brandy began the career as a Project Assistant at Letsos Company from October 2010 to February 2013, managing significant project correspondence.
