Dale Stern

Dale Stern, Vice President, is based in the Seattle office and brings over 35 years of experience in the design, delivery, and management of shell construction and tenant improvement projects. Dale has spent the last 20 years engaged exclusively in providing project management services and has extensive knowledge and experience in the renovation of hospitality guestrooms and meeting spaces, residential estate projects, corporate office environments, and real estate analysis.

Dale is a licensed architect and member of the American Institute of Architects and the Construction Management Association of America. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from North Dakota State University and completed the Certificate Program for Commercial Real Estate at the University of Washington.
