James Partridge, Vice President based in the Washington, DC office, is a chartered quantity surveyor and a seasoned cost estimating professional with over 20 years of experience. He has a thorough knowledge of costs associated with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; sitework and utilities; and structural, architectural, and landscaping projects. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, providing quantity surveying services, cost planning, value engineering, benchmarking, bid and contract document review, change orders, and contract administration.
James actively participates in value engineering and risk management workshops as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) both nationally and internationally. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and received a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of West England, Bristol UK.
