Bob Boone

Bob Boone has extensive experience in development, asset management, and real estate. Bob is currently serving as the Vice President of Development & Asset Management at Mark IV Capital since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Building Hope Real Estate Development as the Director of Real Estate from October 2016 to April 2020. Before that, Bob held the position of Director of Real Estate & Facilities at KIPP Austin from September 2013 to October 2016. Bob has also worked as a Project Manager at various companies including Beard Integrated Systems, Mechanical & Process Systems, and Marsh - Vorspan Partners. Bob began their career at Petrified Design as a Business Development/Project Manager from February 2003 to May 2008.

Bob Boone has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of Texas at Austin, School of Liberal Arts. Bob also has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Additionally, they attended the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study there.
