Scott Barnes, P.E., M.B.A. has a diverse work experience in the real estate and development industry. Scott currently holds the position of Vice President of Development, Northern Nevada at Mark IV Capital. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President - Development and Project Management at Prologis, where they managed multiple high-value projects for well-known tenants such as Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart. Scott also owned a brokerage business called HG Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, where they provided commercial real estate and land development services. Scott gained experience in civil engineering and land use entitlement consulting as the Owner of August Design Group. Other roles in their career include Executive Vice President at InterPacific Resorts Limited S.A. de C.V., real estate positions at Home Gate Realty of Nevada and Colliers International, and various leadership positions in organizations such as Rotary and BANN. Scott is a licensed real estate broker and holds an M.B.A.

Scott Barnes, P.E., M.B.A. received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) degree, a Post Baccalaureate in Construction Engineering, and an Associate of Science in Architecture (AS Arch) degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Furthermore, they pursued studies in sommelier-level wine education at The School of Wine.
