Tanner W.

Tanner W. has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Tanner started their career as a Financial Analyst at Mark IV Capital in October 2014 and worked in this role until September 2016. Tanner then became a Senior Financial Analyst at the same company from October 2016 to December 2018. Tanner then transitioned to the role of Asset Manager at Mark IV Capital from January 2019 to August 2020. From August 2020 to July 2023, they served as the Vice President of Development and Asset Management, California at Mark IV Capital. In this role, they collaborated with the Senior Vice President to develop strategies, oversaw construction projects, managed loan compliance, and sourced acquisition and development opportunities. Tanner also has experience at JLL, where they worked as an Associate from January 2013 to December 2013 and as a Senior Associate from January 2014 to October 2014. Tanner also had a Real Estate Finance Internship at L Brands in 2012.
