Chuck Mader

Chuck Mader has a diverse work experience in the engineering and operations management field. Chuck started their career as an Assistant Engineer at Santa Fe Railway Company and worked their way up to become a member of their bridge design group. Chuck then joined Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects as a Vice President, where they served as a project manager for various civil projects and was also assigned as the operation manager for a Joint Venture. After that, they worked at TranSystems, holding various positions including Associate, Senior Associate, and Principal. In 2007, Chuck became the President of Kansas City Terminal Railway, where they were responsible for managing the operation of one of the largest rail centers in the country. Chuck then founded their own engineering consulting firm, Interlocker, LC, specializing in providing services to the civil engineering market, with a focus on railroads. Most recently, Chuck worked as the Director of Operations at Mark One Electric before joining Black Boot Properties LLC as an Operations Manager in 2017.

Chuck Mader obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1984.
