With an extensive career spanning multiple companies, including Akima Construction Services, Genco Systems Inc., and Oppidan Investment Company, Chase has consistently demonstrated expertise in project management and construction oversight on various significant projects. Chase holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, earned between 1982 and 1986, and is a licensed contractor in multiple categories.
