Andrew Podore has a diverse work experience beginning in 2006 at Nielsen as a Research Analyst. Andrew then worked at the United States Postal Service as a Contract Attorney before moving on to Inspirato as the Director of Real Estate & Hotels. Following that, they joined Afini as the Finance & Revenue Management. Andrew then joined UDR as the Pricing & Operations and is currently working at Mark-Taylor, Inc. as the Managing Director of Multifamily Investments.
Andrew Podore earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, where they attended from 2007 to 2010. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2002 to 2006. Andrew Podore is also certified as an Arizona Real Estate Licensee by the Arizona Department of Real Estate since October 2022 and as a YieldStar Certified Revenue Manager by RealPage, Inc. since January 2018. Additionally, they are a member of the Colorado BAR Association, although the institution and year of obtaining this certification were not provided.
