Mark Bucalo

Mark Bucalo is an experienced professional in facilities management and workplace safety, currently serving as the Manager of Workplace Safety at Mark-Taylor, Inc. since October 2022 and as an Adjunct Instructor at the National Technical Institute since August 2021. Previously, Bucalo held positions including Manager of Facilities and Services at San Palmilla, Operations Manager at Hughes Air Heating & Cooling, and Facilities Planner/Scheduler at Northrop Grumman, where significant business process improvements were implemented. As Director of Facilities at Fellowship Square-Phoenix, oversight was provided for a large team managing a retirement community. Bucalo’s extensive career in facilities management includes key roles at the Musical Instrument Museum and Tempe Mechanical, along with a strong educational background featuring a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and an Associate of Science in Nuclear Power Generation from the Navy's College of Nuclear Engineering.
