Tom Cruz

Tom Cruz, CFM, currently serves as the Associate Director of Facilities at Mark-Taylor, Inc. since February 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of Facilities Manager for the USPS Account at EMCOR Facilities Services from November 2021 to April 2023. From April 2005 to October 2021, Tom was the President of Office Space Solutions. Additionally, Tom contributed to IFMA Phoenix as the Programs Committee Chair from January 2010 to October 2011, focusing on delivering valuable programs and events for members. Earlier in his career, Tom was the Director of Facility Services at Coventry Health Care from September 1988 to May 2005. Tom's academic background includes studies at Illinois Valley Community College from 1984 to 1987.
