Raul Cervantes

Raul Cervantes has over three decades of experience in the transportation industry. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Raul worked as the Transportation Division Manager at Mark Thomas (A/E) and as a Senior Engineer / Project Manager for the City of Roseville from July 1988 to December 2018. In these roles, Raul oversaw the design and construction of transportation and building projects for the City of Roseville.
