Olga Melnyk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Olga most recently worked at MarktoMarket, starting in October 2019 as the VP of Operations and later being promoted to the role of COO in October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Hutchinson Networks from 2013 to 2019, where they held various roles including Sales Manager, Product Manager, Head of Products and Services, and Director of the SaaS Business Unit. Additionally, they worked at NewsBase from 2011 to 2013 as the VP of Business Development.

Olga Melnyk began their education in 2016 by obtaining a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. Olga pursued further education in 2016 at Henley Business School, where they completed a program in Digital Leadership: Creating Value Through Technology. In 2017, Olga obtained a certification as a Certified Business Coach. Olga continued their education in 2018 by earning a Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance, becoming a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
