Michael Fraccaro

Michael currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Mastercard (a top 20 NYSE listed company), a position he has held since 2016. Michael has guided the company through significant growth of its business through organic expansion and acquisitions, driving culture and most recently a very successful CEO transition. Michael has global experience having worked and lived extensively in Asia, Middle East, and North America (currently New York).
