Jessica Fisher possesses extensive experience in customer experience roles, currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Associate at both The Black Tux and Marke since 2021 and 2023 respectively. Prior to that, Jessica worked at The RealReal in various capacities, including Account Luxury Manager and Senior Customer Service Representative, from April 2015 to June 2021. Jessica's career began at Saks Fifth Avenue as an Asset Protection Investigator and at Neiman Marcus as a Loss Prevention/Receiving Lead. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus, complemented by study abroad experience at Wroxton College, focusing on comparative law, and a summer program in airbrushing and design at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
