Doerthe Oltrogge

Doerthe Oltrogge has over three decades of experience in the film and media industry, beginning as an Assistant Producer at Alphafilm München in 1989. Oltrogge has held various positions, including Assistant Producer and Production Manager at CO-MOTION GmbH and Vis á Vis TV & Filmproduktion GmbH before moving into production leadership roles at Hamburger Kino Kompanie Filmproduktions GmbH & Co. KG. In 1995, Oltrogge joined Markenfilm GmbH & Co. KG, progressing from Production Management to Human Resources Manager in 2001, and advancing to the role of Head of Human Resources in September 2017.
