Damien Kiefer

Damien Kiefer is a seasoned professional in risk management and operational risk with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Group Head of ERM and Operational Risk at Markerstudy Insurance since December 2020, Damien previously held senior roles at Co-op Insurance, including Enterprise Risk Framework & Governance Manager and Risk Governance & Reporting Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Munich Re - Risk Solutions and RSA, where Damien developed a strong foundation in risk and compliance management. Educational achievements include a Certificate of Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management, an Associateship from the Chartered Insurance Institute, and a B.A. (Hons) in Banking and Financial Services from Birmingham City University.
