Philip Griffiths

Philip Griffiths is an experienced software engineer with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the software development industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Markes International since April 2019, Philip has previously worked as a software development contractor at Optimal Industrial Automation Ltd, where responsibilities included developing a C# SoA Recipe Management System for the pharmaceutical sector. Earlier roles included significant contributions at Sperry Marine Systems in the implementation of Integrated Navigational Bridge Systems and at EADS focusing on defence applications in C# and Java. Philip has also held software consultant positions across multiple organizations, specializing in C, C++, and C# design and development, along with customer-facing roles involving training and requirements analysis. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in IT and Computing from The Open University and an HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of Wales.
