Namrta Srivastava

Namrta Srivastava began their work experience in 2012 at Goyal Candle Planet (Factory Outlet) where they held two roles. The first role was as an HR Manager, where they monitored and handled employee claims, motivated employees through special events and incentives, and implemented performance review and motivational strategies. Namrta'ssecond role at Goyal Candle Planet was as an Information Technology Specialist, where they established an enterprise-wide accounting program, ensured accurate release testing for new applications, and made final decisions on bug-free software. In 2022, Namrta Srivastava joined Market99 as a Human Resources Manager.

Namrta Srivastava completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Lucknow from 2009 to 2012. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued O Level certification in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (NIELIT). Subsequently, from 2018 to 2021, Namrta Srivastava earned their MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree specializing in Human Resources Management and Services through the Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education.
