In 2015, they joined Avalere Health, initially as a senior manager and later as an associate principal, where they managed life science accounts, developed sales training programs, and drove strategic advisory services for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Their most recent role, starting in 2022, is as the director of global commercial development at Market Access Transformation, a Genesis Research company. In this position, they oversee commercial development efforts on a global scale. Overall, Brian has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, account management, and leadership throughout their career.
