Aparna Bhan

Aparna Bhan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aparna started their career in 2000 as a Web Developer at Global Bureau, where they worked until 2002. Aparna then moved on to Nevolution in 2003, where they served as a Lead Software developer/Project Manager until 2005. At Kalzoom Technologies in 2005, Aparna worked as a Project Manager for a short period of time. In 2008, they joined AIG United Guaranty as a Business Analyst for about nine months. Since 2009, Aparna has been working at Market America, Inc., where they started as a Business Analyst and progressed to the role of Project Manager. Aparna's career at Market America, Inc. continued to grow, and they later became the Assistant Director, Program Management, followed by their current role as Director of Project Management.

Aparna Bhan, CSM, has a diverse educational background. Aparna obtained their Masters of Science in Information Technology and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 1999 and 2002. Aparna also holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics, which they earned from Karnatak University from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2014.
