Bob Chapman

Bob Chapman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bob is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Market America, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Recruiter at Charles Aris Inc. from August 2019 to April 2022.

Before transitioning into the recruitment field, Bob had a career in law enforcement. Bob served as a Corporal at the Greensboro Police Department for a decade, from 2009 to 2019. In this role, they provided management and support to a team of up to eight officers, addressing issues with unprofessionalism, performance, and criminal activity. Bob also made command decisions, developed frontline policies, and closed process gaps to enhance team productivity.

Prior to joining the police department, Bob was a Physical Trainer at Body Construction from 1994 to 2004. Bob counseled clients on nutrition and exercise, evaluated their needs, and helped them achieve their fitness goals. Bob also educated members on the importance of health and wellbeing by explaining the benefits of various exercises and methods.

Throughout their work experience, Bob has developed strong skills in talent acquisition, recruitment, team management, problem-solving, policy development, and physical fitness counseling.

Bob Chapman attended Wake Forest University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric. Additionally, they attended The Hill School from 1978 to 1983, although the specific degree or field of study pursued during that time is unknown.
