Courtney Jones

Courtney Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Courtney currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Market America, Inc. since November 2021. Previously, they worked as a Marketing and Human Resources Coordinator at DMJ & Co., PLLC from January 2021 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Recruiter at Parker and Lynch from June 2018 to December 2020. Before entering the recruiting field, they served as a Client Relations Associate at Southeast Financial Services, Inc. from October 2016 to May 2018. Courtney began their career as a Personal Lines Agent at BB&T insurance company in September 2013 and worked in that role until October 2016.
