John Petrey

John Petrey has an extensive work experience in the field of application architecture and development. John has worked at several companies in various roles, specializing in ColdFusion development.

From January 2001 to May 2001, John worked as a ColdFusion Developer at Doceus, Inc. John then joined Gannett Healthcare Group in May 2001 as a ColdFusion Developer and was later promoted to Associate Director of Development. John worked at Gannett until October 2005.

In 2005, John joined Computer Business Methods, Inc. as a ColdFusion Developer, where they worked from October 2005 to May 2006.

John then joined Market America in June 2006 as a ColdFusion Developer. John was later promoted to the role of ColdFusion Code Reviewer/Deployer in August 2007. In September 2008, they advanced to become an Applications Architect at the company. From December 2013, John served as both the Applications Architect and Manager of Engineering at Market America.

John Petrey attended Tallahassee Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Following this, they pursued higher education at Florida State University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Science/Studies. In addition to their formal education, John Petrey obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2016.
