Tom Collins

Tom Collins has a diverse work experience. Tom started as an Operations Manager at The Clearing House in 2001 and worked their way up to Vice President of Operations Technical Services. Tom held various roles within the company, including Director of Change Management. In 2018, they joined Market America as the Director of Release Management. Currently, they serve as the President of the Oak Ridge Youth Association.

Tom Collins holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Dowling College. Tom obtained this degree in 1996. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Stony Brook University in 1995. In addition to their formal education, Tom Collins also holds several certifications in ITIL, including ITIL Operational Support and Analysis (ITIL-OSA), ITIL Service Offerings and Agreements (ITIL-SOA), ITIL Planning, Protection, and Optimization (ITIL-PPO), and ITIL Release Control and Validation (ITIL-RCV). These certifications were obtained between 2013 and 2016.
