Adrian Smith

Adrian Smith is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Strategic Communications Lead at Market Operator Services Limited (MOSL) since April 2020. Smith played a key role in opening the competitive non-household water market in 2017 and now leads communications for critical strategic programmes, including the Bilateral Transactions Programme, which has streamlined interactions between retailers and wholesalers. Additionally, Smith is the owner of emulus communications limited, providing consultancy services and supporting various clients, including South Kesteven District Council. Smith previously held roles at MOSL as Head of Communications during its startup phase and at Anglian Water Services, where responsibilities included media relations and internal communications.
