James Higgins

James Higgins is an experienced professional in corporate affairs and policy management with a strong background in the energy and water sectors. Currently serving as the Corporate Affairs Manager at Market Operator Services Limited (MOSL) since September 2021, James leads external positioning efforts and manages stakeholder relations, particularly with government and regulatory bodies.
