Karan Rathi

Karan Rathi has a diverse work experience in finance and consulting roles. Karan is currently serving as the Head of Finance at Market Pulse Tech since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at MyCFO India as a Senior Manager from March 2018 to January 2021 and as a Manager from March 2016 to March 2018. Karan also gained valuable experience at EY, where they served as a Consultant from October 2015 to March 2016 and as an Associate Consultant from April 2014 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at Aditya Birla Minacs as a Specialist, handling various finance and accounting responsibilities and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Karan Rathi completed their Master of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai from 2012 to 2014. Karan then pursued the Chartered Accountancy (CA) certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Following this, Karan obtained the Company Secretary (CS) qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, specializing in Law, which they completed from 2013 to 2015.
