Stephen Grahling has extensive experience in event-driven sales and trading, currently serving at MARKET SECURITIES LLP since June 2016. Prior roles include Managing Director and Sector Head of Event Driven at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2011 to 2014, and Managing Director and Global Head of Event Driven at Jefferies from 2009 to 2011. Stephen also held the position of Managing Director and Head of Event Driven Americas at Citi from 2004 to 2009, and Managing Director and Head of US Risk Arbitrage at Wachovia Securities from 2000 to 2003. Stephen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from Wesleyan University between 1987 and 1991, having previously attended Northfield Mount Hermon from 1985 to 1987.
