Travis Shears

Travis Shears currently serves as a Partner at Market Street Partners, a division of Smith + Howard, since November 2024. Prior to this role, Travis was the Director of Tax at Smith + Howard from January 2024 to January 2025 and held the position of Vice President - Tax at U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc. from August 2018 to January 2024. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at both LBMC and EY from June 2017 to August 2018 and January 2005 to June 2017, respectively. Travis Shears holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
