Dave Kimelberg

Dave Kimelberg is a seasoned legal and business professional with a focus on corporate law and strategic development. As the Founding Partner of Kimelberg PLLC since July 2017, Dave has established a boutique law firm that offers high-quality legal counsel with reduced overhead costs. In addition to this role, Dave founded K Art in January 2020 and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Market Street Trust Company since January 2022. Previously, as founding CEO of Seneca Holdings LLC, Dave played a crucial role in transforming the company into a $100+ million enterprise, providing strategic advice from October 2009 to November 2021. Dave’s extensive experience includes board membership at various organizations and roles with SoftBank as VP/General Counsel from 2003 to 2009, as well as legal practice at Foley Hoag LLP from 2000 to 2003. Academic credentials include a JD from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Northeastern University.
