Alexander Men has a rich work experience spanning over two decades. Alexander started their career at Lucent Technologies in 1997 as a Member Technical Staff-Developer, where they worked until 2000. Alexander then joined PSSI as a Java Consultant from 2001 to 2004. After that, they worked at Hertz Corporation as a Senior Developer from 2004 to 2006 while also being a Part-Time Consultant at MKTC Telent during the same time. In 2006, Men became a Senior Software Developer at Doar until 2007. Alexander then moved on to Lehman Brothers as a Fix Income Developer from 2007 to 2008.

In 2009, Men joined Markit as a Senior Java Developer and worked there until 2010. Alexander'srole involved developing MarkitHub, a desktop service that provided financial professionals with access to various content. Alexander then joined MarketAxess in 2010 as a Senior Applications Developer, where they were a Principal Senior Developer for the BondLink platform. Alexander'sresponsibilities included working on the core trading system, enhancements, architecture, and utilizing technologies such as Core Java 11, Swing, Multi-Threading, and Oracle 12.
