Chisom Amalunweze, CFA has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Starting in 2011, Chisom worked as a Language Lab Assistant at Language Lab Duke University. From 2012 to 2013, Chisom held positions as a Howard Hughes Research Fellow at Howard Hughes Medical Institute and a Biomedical Engineering Technician at Engineering World Health. Chisom then joined Goldman Sachs in 2014 as a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst, where they contributed to trading strategies and prepared market updates. Following this, Chisom worked as a Teaching Assistant at Duke University from 2014 to 2015, where they provided support and guidance to students in a biomedical engineering class. In 2015, Chisom joined Deutsche Bank as part of the Global Markets team. From 2017 to 2020, Chisom served in various roles at Tradeweb, including Assistant Vice President and Vice President, Data Solutions and Analytics. In these roles, Chisom developed scalable machine learning products, managed trading analytics for fixed income clients, and created impactful visualizations using Tableau. Currently, Chisom is a Senior Research Analyst at MarketAxess, starting in 2020.

Chisom Amalunweze, CFA has a strong educational background in computer science and engineering. They obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Columbia University in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering/Computer Science from Duke University in 2015. Chisom also completed their International Baccalaureate at UWC Atlantic College from 2009 to 2011. Their early education took place at Redeemer's International Secondary School from 2002 to 2008.
