Devin Kittle

Devin Kittle has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Devin began their career as a Developer at Advanced Financial Applications in 2008, where they worked until 2009. Following that, they transitioned into roles at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, serving as an Assistant Baseball Coach and later as a Resident Director from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Devin joined MarketAxess as an Application Developer Intern, where they implemented a straight-through processing solution for customers interested in trading Credit Default Swap instruments. Devin then progressed to become an Application Developer, contributing to MarketAxess' initiative to register as a Swap Execution Facility (SEF), providing trading solutions for Credit Default Swap instruments.

Devin's responsibilities expanded at MarketAxess, and they took on the role of Application Developer Lead in 2017. During this time, they managed and assigned work to a team, focusing on API centric components of trading system enhancements. Devin also played a crucial role in completing the MiFID II regulatory requirements, contributing to transparency across the European business.

In 2019, Devin assumed the position of Scrum Master & Solution Architect, primarily concentrating on expanding Investment Grade product offerings for the Core Trading team at MarketAxess. Devin specifically designed and implemented enhancements to the RFQ workflow, integrating it with the company's treasury platform, LiquidityEdge, to enable dealers to hedge inflation rate risk.

Most recently, Devin has taken up the position of Development Chapter Lead at MarketAxess in 2020. Their role entails leading and managing a development chapter while contributing to the company's overall objectives.

Devin Kittle has a strong education history in the field of technology and management. Devin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology at the same institution from 2009 to 2010.
