Douglas Gerhardt Cissp

Douglas Gerhardt has extensive work experience in the field of information security. Douglas currently holds the position of Head of Information Security EMEA & APAC at MarketAxess, a role they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Information Security Manager at MarketAxess from October 2015 to January 2021.

Douglas Gerhardt, CISSP, CISM, obtained an HNC degree in Computer Networking from London Metropolitan University in 2005. In 2014, they acquired the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA. Additionally, Douglas has pursued further certifications, including the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) from the Cloud Security Alliance and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
