Emily Yurachek

Emily Yurachek's work experience begins in 2001 when they worked as a Human Performance Consultant at Accenture until 2002. Emily then joined Management Concepts as an Instructional Systems Designer from 2003 to 2004. After that, they worked at Carney, Inc. as a Lead Instructional Systems Designer from 2004 to 2006. Emily then became a Senior Learning & Performance Manager at Discovery Inc from 2006 to 2014. Emily then worked at Bloomberg LP as a Global Talent Partner for Financial Products from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the VP, Head of Global Learning & Leadership Development at Brown Brothers Harriman. Currently, Emily is the Head of Organizational Development at MarketAxess, a role they have held since July 2021.

Emily Yurachek holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from the University of Virginia. Emily also has a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which they obtained from George Mason University.
