Erik Tham

Erik Tham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Erik began their career as a Photojournalist, working as an intern at the dpa photo desk and as a press photographer on assignments for Deutsche Presse Agentur and Associated Press in 1998. In 1999, they transitioned to a consulting role at Accenture, where they worked as a Consultant until 2006.

From 2006 to 2018, Erik worked at UBS Wealth Management, starting as a Director at UBS Investment Bank and holding various roles related to e-trading, such as project manager, business analyst, and business/process manager at the Fixed Income trading desk and Structured Products sales desk. Erik'slatest function at UBS was as the Head of Fixed Income & Equities e-trading execution automation and data-driven insight.

Since 2018, Erik has been employed by MarketAxess, starting as the Head of Private Banking for Benelux and Switzerland. Erik also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at MarketAxess NL B.V.
