Gary Ewell

Gary Ewell is an experienced software architect and consultant with a robust background in developing financial software and corporate solutions. Currently serving as a Software Architect at XLR8 Software since December 2002, Gary has also worked as a consultant for MarketAxess since 2009. Previous roles include consulting for Veracity Solutions, Motorola, Misys Healthcare Systems, Zions Bank, UCN, and a position as Senior Software Developer at Ingeo Systems. From 1998 to 2001, Gary led R&D in corporate messaging and portal development as Team Lead at Modus Media International, utilizing Microsoft DNA technologies. Early in the career, Gary contributed to customer-tracking and project management systems for notable clients including the American Home Business Association and American Express. Gary holds degrees from the University of Utah, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
