Iain Martland

Iain Martland has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. Iain started their career as a Third Line Technical Support at Barclays Clearlybusiness in 2005. Iain then worked as the Head of IT at Clear Learning from 2006 to 2011. Iain joined Fidessa in 2011 as a Trading Platform Engineer, where they specialized in analysis, maintenance, and customization of Fidessa products. Iain also had technical expertise in Java, TCL, Linux, scripting, FIX, SQL, and Real Time Databases. In 2018, they moved to Société Générale as a Cross Asset Execution Technical Support Engineer, responsible for supporting front-office and middle-office users and ensuring the protection of the production environment. Currently, they are working as a Production Support Engineer at MarketAxess, where they continue to provide technical support and maintain market connections and broker routes.

Iain Martland obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Newcastle University, which they completed in 2004.
