Mohamed Khalifa has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on production support and trading application support. Mohamed began their career at NYFIX Inc., where they worked as a Senior Production Engineer, collaborating with business sponsors and technical leads to define requirements for deliverables. Mohamed also managed the New York Stock Exchange Floor technicians and coordinated application upgrades.

Following their time at NYFIX, Khalifa held various roles at SIG, UBS, and Morgan Stanley. At SIG, they served as Team Lead of Connectivity and Deployment, responsible for the deployment of new connections and day-to-day support of OMS applications. At UBS, they worked as an Associate Director, implementing a new policy to support desk-developed applications and providing support across Credit and Rates businesses. At Morgan Stanley, they were an Associate Production Trading Support, specializing in bond trading applications and resolving problems.

Most recently, Khalifa served as Vice President of Trading Application Support at Royal Bank of Scotland. In this role, they managed the production support regional service team and projects, supported all production applications in the US, and oversaw the implementation and integration of software releases.

Currently, Khalifa is a Senior Production Support Engineer at MarketAxess, where they support all production trading applications, manages systems, and handles implementation and integration of software releases and network connectivity.

Mohamed Khalifa completed their bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ain Shams University, from 1988 to 1992. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including "Building Your Visibility as a Leader," "Management Excellence at Microsoft: Model, Coach, Care," "Promoting Internal Mobility as a Manager," "AWS: Networking," and "Learning Cloud Computing: Monitoring and Operations" from LinkedIn in 2022.
