Neal Leitner

Neal Leitner has extensive experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and technical services. Neal currently works at MarketAxess as the Manager of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, where they manage the Business Resiliency program. In this role, they focus on planning, development, execution, maintenance, and testing of the enterprise's Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis/Incident Management programs.

Neal oversaw and implemented infrastructure services for the Americas region, including data center operations, networking, telecommunications, and desktop management. Neal also proposed a disaster recovery strategy utilizing internal replication and cloud technology.

Neal's earlier experience includes working at Highland Financial Holdings Group as a Senior Manager of Technical Services from August 2007 to May 2010. Neal managed infrastructure services, established a disaster recovery and business continuity program, and oversaw the implementation of technical infrastructure for near-zero recovery point objectives (RPO) and recovery time objectives (RTO).
