Russell Alexeev

Russell Alexeev has had a range of work experiences in various industries, showcasing their expertise in business, finance, and operations. Russell founded and served as the CEO of Diskko, a start-up providing B2B custom apparel manufacturing services. During their time at Diskko, they oversaw company finances, operations, strategic growth planning, and legal aspects. Russell was also featured in various media outlets for their work. Russell later joined MarketAxess, where they held multiple roles in middle office and trade settlements. Russell served as an intern, an analyst, and eventually became an associate, where they assisted in overseeing settlement teams and resolving various issues. Russell managed trade cash and position account reconciliations and reported directly to finance and risk executives. Currently, Russell is the Executive Chairman of Threads Manufacturing, where they have been responsible for strategic decision-making and overseeing company operations. Russell is also the Director of Merchandising at Sunday, showcasing their leadership and merchandising skills. In addition to their professional experiences, Russell has also participated in finance programs such as the Finance Bootcamp Series sponsored by J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse. Russell has also interned at echoAR, where they assisted in start-up finance and research and development initiatives in the AR/VR industry. Russell Alexeev attended Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a Secondary Concentration in Business Law & Ethics. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Holmdel High School from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Russell holds several certifications including the Series 99 certification from FINRA, obtained in January 2023, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification from FINRA, obtained in August 2020, and the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) Certification from Bloomberg LP, obtained in April 2020.
